CANCELLATION POLICIES

 

1) You must cancel your lesson before the following times to be eligible to receive a makeup:

9am the day of your lesson for all PM bookings

6pm the day before your lesson for all AM bookings

 

2) Late cancellations will unfortunately forfeit your lesson and you will not be offered a makeup.

3) You must contact Nathan's Tennis to organise your makeup lesson within the current term or school holiday period.

​

4) Makeup lessons will not be carried over to the following term or credited off the following terms fees.

​

5) Each student is allowed a maximum of 3 lesson cancellations per term. No additional makeup lessons will be provided after your 3rd lesson cancellation.

6) No refunds will be offered in replacement of makeup lessons.

​

7) We do not makeup a makeup. If you book in a makeup lesson and are unable to attend, you will unfortunately forfeit that lesson and will not be provided with another makeup lesson.

*wet weather, extreme heat and/or coach unavailability will void this policy

 

*please note - all students will receive a makeup for any cancellations made by Nathan's Tennis due to wet weather, extreme heat or coach unavailability.
